Paper Forest Sessions

The Paper Forest Sessions are a series of live recordings I’m currently releasing one at a time, throughout the Spring and Summer of 2021. The video versions of these songs are available here.

 Whole Colors

Whole Colors was released in February of 2020, a few weeks before the pandemic took over life. I spent years working on this project, which I consider the precursor to Jupiter Mountain and the electronic folk sound that followed.

The songs Daisy, and Wait it Out were written about the loss of a dear, sweet canine friend, Daisy “Noodles” Gross, who enjoyed 21 glorious years on this planet we all share.

Going to the Mountain was written for my father, and became the most personally important song I’ve ever written.
